How ordering works — 5 easy steps
- 1. Upload your best file. PDF is best. High-res JPG/PNG also works — our system checks the sharpness for you automatically before you send anything.
- 2. Build your trolley. Add every job you want, and check the sizes, quantities and pricing.
- 3. Review — you get 2 free changes. Edit your trolley up to twice. Once you press "Confirm & Send Final Quote" your job specs are locked in.
- 4. Pay your 50% deposit. This is what starts your job — nothing is logged or printed until it's paid. We reply with your Job Number and our banking details; pay using your Job Number as the reference. Preview pictures are not the final proof — your final mockup is sent within 24 hours of deposit.
- 5. We start your job. We watch our bank account for your payment. As soon as it reflects, we WhatsApp you to confirm the job has started and when to collect. You then have 24 hours to request a change within the original scope, using the red button that appears.
- Standard signs & estate boards — at least 70 DPI at full size
- Neon — at least 50 DPI at full size
- Vehicle wraps & outdoor extras — at least 30 DPI (bigger format, viewed from further away)
